Do you have a system, or are you the system?

Most online fitness coaches think they have systems

They don't.

They have scattered information held together by effort.

Client info in Google Drive.

Notes in Apple Notes.

Check-ins in email.

Invoices in Stripe.

Programming in spreadsheets.

Nothing talks to anything.

So you become the system.

You're the one remembering who's due for check-in.

You're the one chasing late payments.

You're the one copy and pasting data between apps.

You're the glue, and it's exhausting.

This is why admin never shrinks.

You add a tool to save time.

But now you have another tab to check.

Another login to remember.

Another place things can fall through the cracks.

More tools. Same chaos. More work.

The problem was never missing the right app.

The problem is nothing connects.

When your tools talk to each other:

Data flows without you touching it

Tasks trigger automatically instead of living in your head

You stop being the glue holding everything together

Not because you found a better app.

Because you finally built an actual system.

If you're an online fitness coach, ask yourself:

Do you have a system?

Or are you the system?

Three years ago, I was running a coaching business that was crushing me. From the outside, it looked like: Full client list A calendar packed with sales calls A business that was growing But the reality was different. I was on 4-5 sales calls a week with people who were never going to buy. Half of them couldn't afford me. The other half weren't ready to start. Every new client meant hours of onboarding I had to do manually. Setting up their programme. Sending welcome emails. Explaining how...

What if there was a way to improve your ChatGPT responses by 300%? This is possible, if you use the right prompts. Most online coaches are talking to it like a best mate, not a powerful computer. This leads them to try refining the message 5 times. Google "best prompts" Or type out an essay. And still get messy answers. Ive put together a video that outlines exactly how to structure your prompts. Including a secret element that almost no coach is using right now. Check it out below: Speak...
